#1) Tim Ferris shares a great bog post entitled, "The Not-To-Do-List: 9 Habits To Stop Now"

While this blog post is dated, the truth is still true for all of us today. Read it, and challenge yourself to consider this list.

#2) Michael Hyatt asks this question:  "If your dream does not require a team, then your not dreaming big enough."

Do you agree with this statement? how does this affect you and your current leadership situation?

#3) I shared a blob post last month talking about our "Replenishment Cycle". I've been thinking about this every day since I posted. Read the post, then figure out what your cycle is:  CLICK HERE

#4) Andy Stanley, one of my favorite communicators, shares a regular podcast entitled "Your Move with Andy Stanley".  Look up his 5-part series entitled "What Makes You Happy" beginning on March 12th, 2017. I listened to this series while running on the treadmill at the gym over a couple of weeks and was encouraged, challenged and inspired.  Listen to this series, and his other ones.  It's always good!

#5) I recently did a team training event, and went back to the familiar material by Patrick Lencioni in his book, "The Dysfunctions of a Team".  This book works with teams in any sector and the principles are solid. If you are a part of a team, and you haven't read this book, you need to. It will strengthen your team and increase your effectiveness. CLICK HERE to purchase the book on Amazon.
